Yes. Most of our Pleasure Island condos are fully furnished with utilities included, so you can move in or vacation without setting up a single account. We will confirm exactly what is covered for any property you are interested in.
Do you require a long-term lease?
Not always. Minimum stays range from two nights on our Galveston getaways to twelve months on some Nederland homes. We are flexible and will work with you to find a property that fits your timeline.
Can I rent for a vacation, not just long-term?
Absolutely. Our Galveston and Pleasure Island condos are popular for short waterfront getaways with a two-night minimum, fully furnished and ready to enjoy.
